Ferran Torres completes move to Barcelona

Barcelona have completed the signing of Spain forward Ferran Torres from Manchester City.

The 21-year-old has signed a five-and-a-half-year deal with the Catalan club, with a release clause of €1 billion.

Torres, who has 12 caps for Spain, joined City from Valencia in 2020 and has scored 16 goals in 43 appearances for the English club.

He has been linked with a move to Barcelona for several months, and the Spanish club have finally secured his services.

Torres is expected to play a key role for Barcelona, who are currently eighth in La Liga.
